Terms and Conditions for Treatment

Please read and sign these Terms and Conditions so we can work together as a team to help provide your family member with the best treatment. Thankyou

  • I understand that payment will be taken at the time of my pet’s treatment.

  • Cancelations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at half the usual rate unless extreme circumstances agreed by the therapist.

  • Treatment may be cancelled by the therapist if a condition (for example lump, laboured breathing, pale colour) is observed on the pre session health check. This is because massage can exasperate some conditions. Massage will not commence until a vet has assessed, diagnosed, or treated the condition and informed the therapist the patient is healthy enough to receive massage. These sessions will be charged at half the usual price.

  • I, as the owner, will inform the therapist of any change in health/condition/medication.

  • Massage should not be received for seven days after vaccinations to allow the body’s immune system to return to normal.

  • Please do not feed your animal two hours before or after treatment to allow the body to focus on digestion.

  • If your pet has had any illness in the last 5 days (including vomiting and diarrhoea), you will inform the therapist prior to the session to rearrange.

  • If my animal is RAW fed, I understand gloves will be worn for health and safety of the therapist and other patients receiving treatment.

  • I understand that if my animal is aggressive, they will not be treated as they will be unable to relax and will not benefit form massage therapy.

  • The therapist has the right to council sessions at short notice (for example due to illness). These sessions will not be charged for and no refunds or free sessions will be given as compensation.

  • I agree for photos/videos of my animal to be used on social media                 Yes                No      (delete as appropriate)
