My name is Helen, and I have always been drawn to animals and their welfare. After qualifying as a Veterinary Nurse in 2013 I gained further qualifications in rehabilitation. Throughout this journey I discovered the benefits of working with energies and how it makes a difference. Although I am still nursing part-time, I spend the majority of my time performing natural, holistic treatments to help manage pain and balance energy so ethe mind and body can work in harmony.
